Process:
send an email to the customer email using the email [email protected]
Use the following message:
This email is to inform you that considering the current dispute we will no longer charge you unless you wish to keep your I Done This account.
Take a screenshot of this message (this will be used as “customer communication”). It should look like the following
Go into Stripe and look up their account , click on the most recent invoice. Click on the download invoice PDF, this document will be used for the RECEIPT evidence.

Go into intercom, search up their name, take a screenshot of their profile. This will be submitted as SERVICE DOCUMENTATION
