Process

1. Login to helpdesk

2. Click on mailboxes a dropdown will appear

3. Click on help

4. There should be 2000+ under unassigned

5. There should be 5 types of messages

   1. Support - refund, cancellation

      

   2. Sponsored guest post

      

   3. Jobs - people asking for jobs

      

   4. Spam - promotions, advertisments, other language

      

      

   Action

   1. Go through each one of the unassigned messages

   2. Tag each message. The option to tag should be on the right of the flag and on the left of the lightning bolt

      

   3. Based on the following categories do the following

      1. Support
         1. Assign (person icon) - Select Me
         2. Status (Flag icon) - Select active
         3. Tag (tag icon) - support
         4. Reply (arrow icon) - nothing
      2. Sponsored
         1. Assign (person icon) - Select Me
         2. Status (Flag icon) - Select active
         3. Tag (tag icon) - sponsor
         4. Reply (arrow icon)
