What we discussed

Will's discussion with Anu

1. Upgrade to Rails 6 - 12-16 weeks. we will not proceed and revisit when we stabilize our revenue.
2. Velocity - 1.5x going forward
3. Provisioning - reduced, changing ec2 to fargate
4. Quality - staging db not provisioned the same as prod - fixed
5. EC2/Database load in staging - can spin up anytime, so we can spin up staging just for testing and then shut it down after to save $
6. Marketing website / retire Heroku - can close this weekend once staging is approved
7. 2 devs until end of Jan. Will keep everyone posted on how many devs after.

• Anu you had an action to set up weekly (friday) demo session with your team so we can track progress, but haven't seen anything come through
• Goal here is we are providing customer value every 2 weeks with updates via production. We need this type of speed to earn the trust of our customers
