Process

• Most of these people will reach out via email request if they can post on our blog
• We will allow this if 2 things occur
  • They pay us $500
  • They write the content and tailor it to our productivity niche
• The customer will generally require us to post first before they issue payment. We will not do that unless they pay first (we notify them that we will refund if they are not happy), but we won’t be putting in the work unless payment is first received
• Send out this email to customers that are interested in purchasing a blog spot
• Update the following Google Sheet for all blog interest: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1G2U_VJ_uazMn-umJtF6tXrXr9a6lPG5o4bUZd-ayS3Q/edit?usp=sharing. Include the following pulled from the email
  • Name - their name
  • Email - the email they used
  • Company - usually listed in their signature or their email
  • Email content - what did they send as a request
  • Proposal status
    • Sent - we sent the email template below
    • Accepted - the customer accepted the proposal
    • In progress - no action on either side
  • Payment status
    • Unpaid - They accepted the proposal, but still haven’t paid
    • Paid - they paid and it shows up in stripe
  • Payment link
    • Search up the customer email → see if the invoice is paid in stripe
• How to get payment info:
  • Richard will invite your email to a tool called Stripe
  • You can search up people via the search bar on the top and put their email in
  • When looking up if they purchased, the product should be IDoneThis - Paid Post
