Subscriber Health (Retention and Churn)

From a blended basis, retention is stabilizing by mo3 at 57%, which is great. But when we view monthly cohorts, you can still see massive volatility. The silver lining here is that mo1 is trending in the right direction, but our mo2 and mo3 value is still spotty. What this means is 2 things

  1. People are finding value early on
  2. But we can’t get them to build a habit into mo3

We need to solve how to get people to keep using the product into mo2 and mo3 and we should be able to stabilize loyal customers.
