[ ] Follow up with David (largest customer Chicago Water and Fire) with new performance improvements (keep a close pulse on him so they don't churn)
[ ] Get task management working (performance, no bugs, etc...) and put all resources behind reporting (we need to verify this with customer calls 10 of them). Richard and will take 5 each. Talk to the CEO or Manager not the IT guy. The guy who owns the budget and approves- what does a focus on reporting look like? (integrations, IDT data, etc...?).
[ ] Spec out reporting MVP - What can we use out of box that can scale product faster as an MVP (no code solutions?). We can buy these guys https://getvelocity.co/ to handle the front-end and back-end integrations. They only do Asana, but can integrate IDT data
[ ] GTM will change if we are targeting C-level and managers for reporting. First verify customers want this, build MVP or acquire, then scale marketing
